Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

This is a short, plain explanation of what happens to your information when you visit gcshutter.com. The site is run by Girish Chouhan (GCShutter).

The contact form

If you use the form on the Collaboration page, it asks for your first and last name, your email address, an optional phone number and your message. I use these details only to read and reply to your enquiry. I do not sell, rent or share them with anyone else, and I do not add you to a mailing list. Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service, only to deliver them to me by email.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use any advertising or tracking tools. It uses a privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics service that only counts visits in aggregate and does not identify you.

Getty Images embeds

Many photographs on this site are shown through official Getty Images embeds. When a page loads an embed, your browser connects to Getty Images, which may set its own cookies and collect information under its own policy. See the Getty Images privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Hosting

The site is served by a hosting provider that processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold from your messages, or ask me to delete it, at any time, through the contact page.
